We lived in the Davis building for two years and loved it. Everyone from Media Property Group was always kind, extremely helpful, and professional. The apartment was also wonderfully located, spacious, with very high-quality finishes. Highly recommend renting from them!

My fiancé and I just recently moved out of one of the Media Property Group locations right off of State Street and we could not be any sadder to leave. We were ready to buy a home which is why we moved out, otherwise we’d still be in there today.
The apartment was all brand new when we moved in so it was a pleasure staying there, and any time any issues came up they had someone out there to resolve them ASAP. The whole team is great at communicating and available whenever we needed them. The grounds were always kept in great shape, the rent was beyond reasonable, and I really can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time there. I would absolutely recommend MPG to anyone looking to rent in the area!

When an exterior door needed full replacement in the middle of winter, their team initiated the repair immediately and had the new door installed before the end of the business day.
